    The process of requesting access to the Tax Court E-Filing system includes taking a test on the E-Filing training material. Please enter your information below to begin the registration process and then take the test. Your username must not already be in use by someone else in the Tax Court E-Filing system. Your username and password will allow you to take the test as many times as needed in order to score 80% correct answers. Once you have submitted this information, it will take you to the test.
